GP Infratech was founded in 2022 by Gautam Dhingra and Pranay Gupta, two professionals from complementary disciplines who shared a common frustration. Construction in India’s fastest growing cities was delivering buildings, but not trust.
Clients were signing contracts they did not fully understand. Regulatory approvals were treated as afterthoughts. Quality was often traded for speed. And the architects and contractors who knew better were too siloed to fix it from within.
So Gautam and Pranay built GP Infratech around a simple idea. A construction firm should deliver both craft and integrity together, under one roof, on every project.

His experience spans the entire construction lifecycle, from initial site assessment and architectural planning to structural coordination, material selection, and final execution on site. He does not step away once the plans are made. He stays involved through it all.
At GP Infratech, Pranay ensures that what is designed is exactly what gets built, and that it is executed correctly. His detail driven approach means no phase is treated as routine, no handover is rushed, and no client is left wondering if corners were cut.
His work spans Gurugram’s residential and commercial sectors, with a strong focus on projects where design ambition and practical execution must come together without compromise.
